Honoring Fremont County Wyoming's military veterans, one veteran at a time! A respectful, sentimental, and loving photo documentation of Fremont County Wyoming citizens who served and those who are presently serving in the United States armed forces.
Regardless of the era or time period, there were three things that linked us all together - the flag of the United States, the military uniform and our youth. We had unity in purpose - whether it was patrolling a remote jungle or desert, manning the ordnance on a battleship or piloting an aircraft at 40,000 feet. This album is about those who served, not the reasoning or justification behind a conflict.

Establishing A Biographical File Is Easy: It can be done by US postal mail, by e-mail or we can arrange for an in-person meeting. To be listed, the veteran (or active duty member) must be a native of, or is (was) a resident of Fremont County, Wyoming. Group photos will not be used or those which include persons other than the veteran. The photo must be of the veteran/military member in uniform! Preference is that the photo be from recruit basic training/boot camp, or in the case of officers, an official photo taken upon commissioning. Each file includes photo, name, years of service, military branch, rank held at separation, and locations served. Persons are listed by their birth name - nicknames, married or shortened versions are not used. If you would like to participate, or have a relative or ancestor who served, please contact us.
